Eddie Plus and Eddie Max yearly plans
Eddie Plus ($239 a year, 3,000 credits a month) and Eddie Max ($1,999 a year, 30,000 credits a month): how to subscribe, how credits arrive, renewal, cancelling and refunds.
Eddie has two yearly plans, Eddie Plus and Eddie Max. Each gives you credits every month at a lower price per credit than credit packs. You pay for the year up front.
The two plans

The smallest credit pack is 1,000 credits for $10. Eddie Max is the lowest price per credit Eddie offers.
Plan credits are ordinary Regular credits. Neither plan includes the Pro credits sold on the Credit packs tab. Every feature in Eddie is available whether you subscribe or buy packs. See Pro credits, Regular credits and which AI model runs your edit.
How to subscribe
- On your projects page, select your credit balance, then Buy credits. In a project, select Buy in the sidebar.
- Open the Subscribe & save tab.
- Pick Eddie Plus or Eddie Max.
- Select Continue to checkout and pay on Stripe's checkout page.
The Subscribe & save tab appears if you have run a paid edit in the last 30 days and do not already have a paid plan.
Check the workspace first. The plan's credits go to the workspace that is selected when you subscribe: the name next to Credits in the sidebar. If you want them in a team workspace, switch to that workspace before you subscribe.
How credits arrive
Your first month's credits arrive the day you subscribe. After that, the same amount arrives on the 1st of each month (UTC). You get 12 deliveries for each year you pay for.
Unused credits
- Eddie spends your plan credits before credits you bought.
- Unused plan credits carry over from month to month while your plan is active.
- When the plan ends, its unused plan credits expire.
- Credits you bought in packs, and referral and sign-up credits, never expire.
Renewal
Your plan renews automatically every year, at $239 for Eddie Plus or $1,999 for Eddie Max, until you cancel. To see your renewal date, open app.heyeddie.ai/subscribe and sign in with the email address you subscribed with.
If a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries your card again and emails you. Update your card in the Billing portal: on your projects page, select your credit balance, then Billing portal.
If the payment is never made, the plan ends and its unused plan credits expire.
Cancelling
Cancel at app.heyeddie.ai/subscribe. The Billing portal does not cancel a plan.
- Open the page and sign in with the email address you subscribed with.
- Find your plan and select Unsubscribe.
- If you see an offer to stay, select No thanks, continue to cancel.
- Confirm.
Your plan keeps working, and your monthly credits keep arriving, until the end of the year you paid for. You are not charged again. More detail: Cancel your Eddie plan.
Refunds
Plan payments are not refundable, including unused time and unused credits. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
Choosing between the plans
- You buy a credit pack now and then: Eddie Plus, with 3,000 credits a month.
- You import a lot of footage, or edit every week: Eddie Max, with 30,000 credits a month.

Moving between plans
To move from Eddie Plus to Eddie Max, email hey@heyeddie.ai. Your new year starts the day we switch your plan. You pay $1,999, less a credit for the unused part of your current plan.
If you have the monthly plan
The monthly plan ($199 a month for 30,000 credits a month) is no longer sold. If you have it, you keep it until you cancel. Since October 5, 2026, its name on your invoices is Eddie Max instead of Eddie Pro. Nothing else about it changed.
If you have an Eddie desktop plan
The Eddie desktop apps had their own plans, named Plus, Pro and Pro+. They are different plans from Eddie Plus and Eddie Max, and nothing about them changed. They also show at app.heyeddie.ai/subscribe, and you cancel them there.
Invoices
To get an invoice with your company name and tax ID, add them at checkout when you subscribe. Your plan's invoices are in the Billing portal. See Get an invoice or receipt for your purchase and Manage your subscription, billing and emails.
