Get an invoice or receipt for your purchase
Payment receipts for credit purchases and subscriptions are sent by email from our payment processor, and support can help if you need a copy.
Where receipts come from
When you buy credits or pay for a subscription, our payment processor emails a receipt to the address on your account at the time of purchase. There's no separate "Invoices" page inside Eddie today — the email is the record of the transaction.
If you can't find one
- Check spam, promotions, or other filtered folders — receipts come from our payment processor, not heyeddie.ai directly, so filters sometimes catch them.
- Confirm which email address was on your account at the time of the purchase — if you've since changed your account email, the receipt went to the old address.
If you still need a copy
Contact support at [[email removed]](mailto:[email removed]) with roughly when you purchased and which workspace it was for, and a human can look up the transaction and get you a copy.
