DaVinci Resolve
AI built for Resolve editors
Speed up the edit with an AI AE that logs and edits
Used by the world's best video pros
How the integration works
The Eddie AI helper extension for DaVinci Resolve acts as a bridge with the Eddie app. This allows Eddie to pull clips, multicams, and timelines from your bin, log footage and create edits, and then seamlessly send the cuts back to Resolve for polishing.

Install Eddie AI

Import clips and timelines from Resolve to Eddie AI
In the Eddie app, click the DaVinci Resolve icon in the import section. Select clips, multicam clips, or timelines from your Resolve bin. Eddie creates proxies of the media for swift analysis. Eddie even works seamlessly with pro codecs like BRAW and workflows using Blackmagic Cloud.
Rough cuts in minutes
Eddie logs interviews and b-rolls, and creates rough cuts, fast. Eddie is like ChatGPT for video editing: prompt to pull out themes, find the funniest soundbites and create assemblies.

Export edits back to Resolve
Eddie exports cuts to DaVinci Resolve with automatic relinking. Back in Resolve you can add b-roll, color, sound, and titles. TaDa! You just saved days of work.
