Cancel your Eddie plan

Cancel Eddie Plus, Eddie Max or a desktop plan at app.heyeddie.ai/subscribe. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Here is what happens to your credits, and our no-refunds policy.

Cancel a subscription

If you have a subscription, cancel it here: app.heyeddie.ai/subscribe. You do not need to email anyone.

This page cancels every plan: Eddie Plus and Eddie Max, the monthly plan, and the plans from the Eddie desktop apps (Plus, Pro and Pro+). It is the only place to cancel. The Billing portal handles your card, invoices, billing address and tax ID, but it does not cancel a plan.

Open the page and sign in with the email address you subscribed with.
Find your plan and select Unsubscribe.
On Eddie Plus and Eddie Max, you may see an offer to stay. To go ahead, select No thanks, continue to cancel.
Read what happens, and tick the box that names the end date.
Select Unsubscribe to confirm. Your plan now shows Cancelled.

Nothing changes that day. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. On Eddie Plus and Eddie Max, your monthly credits keep arriving until the end of the year you paid for. Then the plan ends, and you are not charged again.

If you do not see your plan

Subscriptions are matched to the email address you sign in with. If you subscribed with a different address, sign out and sign in with that one.
If one address has two subscriptions, cancel each one. Cancelling one does not cancel the other.
Credit packs are not a subscription. They never renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Changed your mind?

Cancelling is not a pause, and the subscribe page cannot undo it. If you change your mind before the end date, email hey@heyeddie.ai from the address you pay with. After the end date, you start a new plan.

What happens to your credits

Credits from your plan expire at the end of the billing period when your plan ends, so spend them before then. Credits you bought in packs, and credits from referrals, stay on your account.

When you spend credits, Eddie counts your plan credits first, oldest first. So when the plan ends, only the plan credits you have not spent expire. Credits you bought stay.

We don't offer refunds

Eddie doesn't issue refunds, including for unused time or unspent credits on a plan you've cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Please try Eddie before you subscribe: Eddie starts free with pay-as-you-go credit and no subscription, so you can import real footage and run a real edit first.

Closing a workspace

Cancelling stops the billing. If you also want a workspace shut down or your account removed, contact support and say which workspace you mean.
