Cancel your Eddie plan
Subscribe and unsubscribe whenever you like, right from the app. Here is where the button is, what happens to your credits, and our no-refunds policy.
Subscribe and unsubscribe whenever you like
Your Eddie subscription is yours to start and stop from inside the app — you don't need to email anyone, and there's no cancellation form to fill in. Unsubscribe today, resubscribe next month when a project lands, and unsubscribe again after. That's a normal way to use Eddie.
How to unsubscribe
- Open Eddie and click Manage account at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Choose Unsubscribe.
- Confirm when Eddie asks. You'll see "Subscription canceled" once it's done.
Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — unsubscribing doesn't cut you off mid-month.
Changed your mind?
Open Manage account again and click Reactivate subscription. It's the same menu item, in the same place.
What happens to your credits
Credits from your plan expire at the end of the billing period when you unsubscribe, so it's worth spending them before then. Credits you earned from referrals — people you introduced to Eddie — stay on your account either way.
See How credits and billing work for how credits are counted.
We don't offer refunds
Eddie doesn't issue refunds, including for unused time or unspent credits on a plan you've cancelled. Please try Eddie before you subscribe: Eddie starts free with pay-as-you-go credit and no subscription, so you can import real footage and run a real edit first and see the results for yourself.
Closing a workspace
Unsubscribing stops the billing. If you also want a workspace shut down or your account removed entirely, contact support and say which workspace you mean.
