Credits are one meter for the AI work Eddie does: importing footage, prompts, and generative steps. Small actions barely move the bar. Larger jobs show an estimate before they run, so you always know what something costs before you commit.

Importing runs about 250 credits per hour of source footage, billed in 15-minute blocks. Edit runs are priced on the work each one does: small tweaks cost little, and a first assembly across a lot of footage can run into the hundreds. A 5,000-credit pack covers roughly two 3-hour projects including prompting and generation. Your exact burn shows in the app as you work.

Credit packs never expire, and neither do the 500 free credits every new account starts with. There is no monthly reset and no expiry date. If you are on a yearly plan, that plan's monthly credits expire when the plan ends.

New imports and generations pause until you top up. Work you've already made is never locked away, and you can still open it and export to your NLE. Buy another pack whenever you're ready.

No. Eddie is pay-as-you-go: buy credits when you need them, and every feature is available to every account. If you edit regularly, you can also subscribe yearly for a lower price per credit. The option appears in the app under Buy credits. You can cancel any time at app.heyeddie.ai/subscribe.

No. Your footage is not used to train our models, and we don't look at your content. Your media stays yours.

You do. It is your footage and yours alone. You own all the rights, including the rights to every edit Eddie helps you make. Nothing gets licensed back to us.
