Titles and graphics

Titles introduce, label and punctuate an edit. You add them by describing what should appear and where.

Add titles

• "Add a title card that says 'Launch Day' at the start."
• "Lower-third with her name and role the first time she speaks."
• "Put 'Chapter 2' on screen before the second section."

Opening titles and name bars

For interviews and podcasts, two moves do most of the work:

"Add an animated opening title with the episode name and guest near the start, and a name-and-role bar for each speaker the first time they appear alone on screen."

Eddie places the name-and-role bar on each speaker's first solo appearance, and can drop a topic or section title card at the natural shifts in a conversation, so a long talk reads as chapters.

Fit to canvas

Titles size and wrap to fit the frame, including vertical and square canvases — important for social exports. See Crop and reframe.

Where titles live

Titles are overlays on the timeline (above the base track), so you can see them in the player, and they carry through every export path — timeline files and MP4 renders alike.

Pick the font and color by hand

You don't have to prompt for styling. Click any title chip on the timeline's Titles lane and a style popover opens:

• Fonts — your brand kit's fonts are listed first, then the workspace's other fonts, then standard faces.
• Colors — your brand kit's swatches first (hover one for its description), plus a free hex field (#RGB or #RRGGBB) with a live swatch.

Picks apply live in the player, save with the edit, and carry into MP4 renders. Anyone with edit access can restyle a title this way.

Beyond plain text

With a brand kit attached, ask for "our brand font" or "brand colors" and titles render in your typography. And an empty Titles lane offers a one-click ✨ Generate button that drafts titles for the cut.
