What is Eddie AI?

Eddie AI is an AI video editor you direct in plain language. You import footage, describe the edit you want — "cut this interview down to the three strongest answers, add captions, and find b-roll for the product mentions" — and Eddie builds a cut you can watch, refine with follow-up prompts, and export.

What Eddie is good at

• Turning long footage into a tight cut — interviews, podcasts, webinars, talking-head and multicam shoots.
• The tedious passes — removing filler words and dead air, syncing multicam angles, word-level captions, color matching.
• Handing off cleanly — every edit exports to Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid (EDL) and OTIO, or renders straight to a finished MP4.
