No. A negative balance is not money you owe. We never collect money for a negative balance. It is offset by your future credits.

The next credits added to your workspace cover it first. The rest are yours to use.

A run can end a little over your credits, so a good edit is not cut off at the limit. While the balance is below zero, you can still view your projects. Prompting, importing and exporting pause until credits are added.
