Single sign-on (SSO / SAML) for your team
Your team can sign in to Eddie through your company's identity provider with SSO / SAML. It's set up with the Eddie team — contact sales to get started.
If your company signs in to its tools through one central login, Eddie can join that setup. Eddie supports single sign-on (SSO) over SAML, configured together with the Eddie team.
What SSO gives your team
With SSO, your team signs in to Eddie through your company's identity provider — the same login they already use for everything else (such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Google Workspace) — instead of a separate Eddie password.
For the people running IT and security, that means:
- One set of credentials. No separate Eddie passwords to manage or reset.
- Central control. Access is governed by your identity provider — grant it when someone joins, revoke it when they leave, all from the systems you already run.
- Consistent policy. Your existing sign-in rules, including MFA, apply to Eddie too.
Once it's configured, there's nothing new for your team to learn: they sign in with their work email and are routed to your company's login automatically.
How to set it up
SSO is set up with the Eddie team — there's no self-serve toggle, because connecting to your identity provider is something we configure alongside your IT admin.
To get started, contact sales using the form on our landing page. Tell us your company and that you're interested in SSO/SAML, and the team takes it from there: we work with your identity provider to set up the connection and map it to your Eddie workspace.
SSO and SAML are part of Eddie's enterprise offering. The same contact-sales form is where to ask about enterprise pricing, seats and limits.
Honest limits
- This isn't a self-serve feature. There's no SSO setup screen inside Eddie for end users; the connection is configured with the Eddie team.
- It's an enterprise capability. Reach out through contact sales to talk through whether it's the right fit and what it involves.
- Day-to-day editing is unchanged. SSO changes how your team signs in, not how Eddie works once they're in.
