Refer a friend and earn credits
Share your referral link. You earn 250 credits for each friend who signs up with it and finishes their first import, for up to 10 friends.
Share Eddie with other editors and earn credits when they start using it.
Find your link
Open your referral page. You can also get there from the app: click your profile icon or your credits balance at the top of your dashboard and choose Refer a friend.
The page shows your personal link, a Copy link button and a Share by email option.
How you earn
- Send your link to a friend.
- They sign up with it and verify their email. They get the usual welcome credits.
- When they finish their first import, you get 250 credits.
Signing up alone does not earn anything. The credits arrive when your friend's first import completes.
The rules
- Up to 10 friends. Your referral page shows how many rewards you have earned and how many are left.
- New accounts only. Your friend needs an email address that has never had an Eddie account. Different spellings of the same inbox, like
name+1@addresses, count as the same person. - Open the link in a web browser. A friend who signs up in the desktop app without opening your link first will not be counted.
- 30 days. Your friend needs to finish their first import within 30 days of signing up.
- You can't refer yourself, including a second account of your own.
Referral credits are added to your personal workspace as regular credits, and show as Referral bonus in your credit history. They work like any other credits; see How credits and billing work.

Your referral page shows friends who have imported, friends who signed up but have not imported yet, and the credits you have earned.
