What is Eddie's integration with iconik?
Eddie pulls clips and proxies from the iconik library, logs them, builds a rough cut, and sends the timeline to Premiere, Resolve or Final Cut. The sequence relinks to the originals in iconik.
Do I need an iconik plugin?
No. Connect iconik in Eddie and choose the assets and proxies you want. There is no plugin to install in iconik.
What comes across with the media?
iconik metadata, tags and timecode. Eddie then logs and transcribes the footage on top of what iconik already knows.
Does it work with my iconik storage?
Yes. iconik stays the source of the media, including the proxies it has already made. Eddie does not ask you to move the library.
What about Avid?
The timeline goes to Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro and relinks to the media in iconik. Avid Media Composer is in beta.
