What Eddie does

  1. 1Check the multicamEddie checks the cameras are grouped and synced before it cuts anything.
  2. 2TightenIt removes dead air, false starts and off-topic stretches while keeping the conversation intact.

  4. 4FinishIt names hosts and guests, levels the audio and writes chapter notes for the episode description.

The Style it uses

Clean white

Dark ink on clean white cards with quiet type. Minimal and premium.

Titles, lower thirds, stats and captions use this Style. If your project has a brand kit, its font and colors win.

What it costs

100–500 credits a run

Worked out for a project with about 1 hour 15 minutes of footage. A run is priced on the work Eddie does, so most runs land inside this range, and footage length changes it only a little.

  • Importing that footage is separate: 313 credits, at 250 credits an hour. Footage already in the project is not charged again.
  • Downloading the result as an MP4 is free for the first 10 each day, then 50 credits. An export to Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is 100 credits.
  • Adding the recipe to your workspace is free.

Full podcast episode

Build a full podcast episode of about {target_minutes} minutes from this project in 16:9. First, check with list_sources that the cameras are in one synced multicam group. If they are not, stop and tell me; do not guess the sync. Keep the conversation in its recorded order. Remove dead air, false starts, crosstalk that adds nothing, and long off-topic stretches. Never cut a question that an answer depends on. Notes from me: {editorial_focus}. Build it with create_edit_result at the target length with natural pacing. Angles: with set_multicam_angles, put the camera of the person speaking on screen, use the wide shot for crosstalk, laughter and reactions, and do not switch more often than about every four seconds. Add a title card at the start with set_titles with the show name and episode topic, and a lower third with add_graphic the first time each host and guest speaks. Use only names, titles, numbers and claims that are in the footage, my notes or the project's Backgrounder. If a name or title is uncertain, ask me before you put it on screen. Turn on speech auto-level with set_audio_leveling. Captions: {captions}. If on, use add_captions with the minimal look. Style: call set_style_pack with pack "clean-white" as soon as the edit exists, before you place any title, lower third, stat or caption. Do not switch to another pack. Finally, list chapter timestamps with a short title for each topic change, ready to paste into the episode description. When you finish, tell me the finished length against the target, list each item above as done or not done with the reason, and create a review link with share_review_link.
