What Eddie does
- 1Map the spaceEddie looks at the footage and works out a logical path from the entrance through the rooms.
- 2Open outsideIt opens on the exterior or drone shot, then walks in.
- 3Feature the detailsIt holds on standout details and labels each room from the listing.
- 4FinishIt applies the Style, adds music and the agency logo, and shares a review link.
The Style it uses
Dark ink on clean white cards with quiet type. Minimal and premium.
Titles, lower thirds, stats and captions use this Style. If your project has a brand kit, its font and colors win.
What it costs
100–500 credits a run
Worked out for a project with about 25 minutes of footage. A run is priced on the work Eddie does, so most runs land inside this range, and footage length changes it only a little.
- Importing that footage is separate: 125 credits, at 250 credits an hour. Footage already in the project is not charged again.
- Downloading the result as an MP4 is free for the first 10 each day, then 50 credits. An export to Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is 100 credits.
- Adding the recipe to your workspace is free.
The brief Eddie follows
This is the recipe's prompt. The parts in {curly brackets} are the blanks you fill in when you run it. You can edit the brief after you add the recipe to your workspace.
Property tour
Make a {target_minutes}-minute property tour from this project in {aspect_ratio}. Property and buyer: {editorial_focus}. Look at the footage with get_frames to work out the layout. Open on the best exterior or aerial shot, then follow a logical path through the space from the entrance: living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor space. Hold a little longer on standout details and the best view, and end on a closing exterior or the view. If an agent speaks to camera, keep it short and place it after the opening. Build it as a sequence with create_video_sequence, or with create_edit_result if speech carries it, with smooth cross-dissolves between rooms using set_transitions. Label rooms and features with add_graphic using only facts from the listing in the Backgrounder or from what is said. Never state a size, price, location or amenity that is not given. Add a calm music bed from the workspace music library with add_music_track. Add the agency logo with add_watermark if the project has a brand kit. Style: call set_style_pack with pack "clean-white" as soon as the edit exists, before you place any title, lower third, stat or caption. Do not switch to another pack. No captions unless there is speech. When you finish, tell me the finished length against the target, list each item above as done or not done with the reason, and create a review link with share_review_link.
