Edit video with Codex
Two commands connect Eddie. The Codex app, CLI and IDE extension share the setting.
Add Eddie and sign in
The second command opens the Eddie sign-in in your browser. Codex keeps the server in ~/.codex/config.toml.
Ask for an edit
Message it like a teammate:
Codex calls Eddie's tools, builds the edit in your Eddie project and replies with the share link.
- Import your footage in the Eddie app first. Your agent edits what is in your Eddie projects.
- Codex comes with ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Edu and Enterprise plans.
- Sign in with your Eddie account when asked. There is no key to paste. New accounts get 500 free credits. Connector details
