Export to Premiere, Final Cut, Resolve, Avid & OTIO

Use Export and pick your editor — Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid or OTIO — to download a project file that opens your edit with its cuts, overlays, captions timing and pauses intact.

Eddie is a great first-pass editor and a clean hand-off to wherever you finish. Every edit exports to the major professional formats.

Export

  1. Open Export.

  2. Choose your target: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid, or OTIO.

  3. Download the project file and open it in your editor.

Your cuts, overlays (b-roll, titles), caption timing and pause segments come across.

Format notes

  • Multicam — Final Cut preserves angles; Premiere receives angles stacked on the timeline (chosen angle on top, alternates below with muted audio). See Multicam.

  • Audio — Final Cut preserves all source tracks; Premiere brings the primary track. See Music and audio.

  • Relinking — exports reference your source media by name and local path so your editor can relink to the original files.
